Kudos to ABC

While the game didn’t live up to the hype, I thought the broadcast itself surpassed any previous Superbowl. The halftime show was super, and I even think ABC’s promotion department wins the prize for the best ad. The “Addicted to Lost” spot was brilliant in both conception and execution.

  1. Agreed,the game didn’t live up to the hype but I have to disagree with you the execution. ABC needs to learn that it’s a football game NOT a demonstration in how cool their graphics department is. The graphics were too loud. They should take a lesson from ESPN and tone it down a bit.

    The NFL also needs to learn that this is a game not a rock concert. If I wanted to see the Stones I would have caught a show. And by the way, the Rolling Stones are one of the greatest rock bands of all time…can they please play something else besides “Start me up?”
